Austin Flamenco Academy is proud to present award-winning flamenco dancer Edwin Aparicio of Washington, D.C. Joining Aparicio is the passionate Austin-based dancer Drea La Flamenca, accompanied by the soulful cante of Celia Corrales, the virtuosic guitar of José Manuel Tejeda, and the rhythmic palmas of Austin Flamenco Academy director Genevieve Guinn.
The Alex Coke & Carl Michel Sextet
The sextet continues to fearlessly explore the possibilities that emerge from the collaboration of musicians with diverse musical backgrounds. Members of the Sextet are: Alex Coke (flutes/tenor sax), Carl Michel (guitar), Elaine Barber (concert harp), Bob Hoffnar (pedal steel), Carolyn Trowbridge (vibes) and Dana Wygmans ((upright bass). The Sextet continues its sonically engaging song craft, weaving together the compositions and contributions of its members.

The performance weaves Bloom’s poems into a textured musical landscape shaped by Phillips’ evocative compositions and brought to life by VAMP’s radiant, layered voices.
ATX Music Series: The Del Castillo Brothers
After twenty-five years, Rick & Mark Del Castillo, known for their nylon guitar prowess with their 6-piece award winning band Del Castillo, are switching things up a bit and have decided to strip down their sound and venture into the world of duo guitars. ATX Music Series: Guy Forsyth Trio
We are ecstatic to present the Guy Forsyth Trio at The Rosette as part of our ATX Music Series. Founder of iconic Austin sonic experiences like Asylum Street Spankers and (now) The Hot Nut Riveters, Forsyth has played around the world, made over 20 records, won many awards, and helped define Austin music. He's a one-of-a-kind Austin original. He not only writes and sings his own songs, but he enjoys telling the stories behind their inspiration. He is a modern American Songster. The Alex Coke & Carl Michel Sextet is just so good. Their last Rosette show sold out, and we can’t wait to have them back. The virtuoso ensemble is woodwinds (Alex Coke), guitar (Carl Michel), concert harp (Elaine Barber), pedal steel (Bob Hoffnar), upright bass (James Suter) and vibes (Carolyn Trowbridge). Exploring the boundaries of jazz, classical, new music, folk, improvisation and extended techniques, they have two recordings on PlayOn Records, The Emissary (2021) and Emergence (2023). Their newest album, Situation (2025), continues their sonic exploration with arrangements of compositions by Carla Bley, Thelonious Monk, Wayne Shorter, Camille Saint-Saëns, Ottotino Respighi plus original compositions by group members Alex Coke, Carl Michel & Bob Hoffnar.

ACG Originals presents Thinning of the Veil
Mexican classical guitarist Dieter Hennings Yeomans returns to Austin with a program inspired by the experience of the “thinning of the veil”—that liminal moment in autumn when the boundary between the natural and supernatural becomes palpable.
Joined by storyteller Janice Muniz, this concert is devoted to myth, folklore, and the rich cultural traditions of Día de los Muertos. It features music by ACG Artistic Director Joe Williams, the legendary Mexican composer Manuel María Ponce, and a newly commissioned piece by Austin-based composer Laura Mercado-Wright.

We're so excited for the return of the great Oliver Rajamani to our Rosette stage with Austin star Suzanna Choffel.
Oliver Rajamani performs innovative, soul stirring original music. Rajamani’s unique and personal sound has been woven from the cultural and musical threads of Romani (Gypsy)/folk India and Texas Americana while bringing recognition to the historical Indian origins of the Romani people.
Known for her distinct voice and reggae-inspired guitar technique, Austin native Suzanna Choffel's music has been described as "a unique sound equal parts Beat poetry, smoky soul grooves and indie-pop eccentricity."

“Bluebonnet Road” is a four character musical set in 1979 Texas. Olive Trundle’s son, Noah, an Austin singer/songwriter nudges her, her younger son, JoJo and JoJo’s girlfriend, Misty Strand, to spread the ashes if Olive’s father on the old family farm that may be underwater since the nearby river has been dammed. They are caught in the rain on an island in the flooded river.
