We’ll handle every detail — from space setup and tech support to breakfast and lunch, even dinner — so your team can focus on the work that matters. Conveniently located in central Austin’s Hyde Park neighborhood, The Rosette offers easy access and ample free parking.

A Day at The Rosette (sample schedule)

8:00 AM – Arrival & Networking Breakfast
- Tacodeli breakfast tacos, coffee, and juice served in the Lobby & Gallery.

9:00 AM – Opening Remarks & Keynote
- General session in the Theater with projector, sound, and optional live stream.

10:30 AM – Breakout Sessions
- Small groups use the Lounge, Greenroom, or Patio for collaborative work.

12:00 PM – Catered Lunch
- New World Deli sandwiches, chips, cookies, and beverages. Optional welcome performance by Austin Classical Guitar.

1:00 PM – Team Presentations / Strategic Planning
- Return to Theater for facilitated discussion or presentations.

3:00 PM – Coffee Break
- Refreshments in the Gallery.

3:30 PM – Workshop / Brainstorming Session
- Flexible theater setup allows for table groups or open discussion.

4:45 PM – Closing Session
- Wrap-up remarks, action items, and next steps.

5:00 PM – Departure

INCLUDED IN EVERY RENTAL

  • Spaces: Theater, Greenroom, Lounge, Lobby, Gallery, and shared Patio

  • Setup & Housekeeping: Standard theater setup and breakdown, basic cleaning before and after your event

  • Technology: Projector, sound, lighting, and optional wireless microphone

  • Staff Support: On-site staff during your rental for AV and facility needs

  • Seating Options: Table seating for up to 30, or row seating for up to 85

RATES & OPTIONS

Venue Rental: $1,000 (8-hour day, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; includes setup, AV, staff support, and cleaning)

Optional Enhancements

  • Catering (breakfast + lunch): +$40 per person

  • Additional time: +$100/hr

  • Dinner (Mexican or Italian Buffet, water only, no alcohol): +$30 per person

  • Bar service: Please inquire

  • Live stream / Filming: $500

  • Welcome performance by Austin Classical Guitar (10 minutes): available upon request
